INFORMATIVA SUL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI

2. FINALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO E BASE GIURIDICA
a. EROGAZIONE DEL SERVIZIO.
I suoi dati saranno trattati per rispondere alle eventuali richieste che possono pervenire dai moduli per la compilazione e form disponibili sul sito internet www.hotelfortunacavallino.it od a richieste pervenute per email o per telefono. La base giuridica del trattamento è di tipo pre-contrattuale nei termini in cui è previsto un trattamento dati a fronte di una richiesta di informazioni a cui segue una risposta.

b. ULTERIORI COMUNICAZIONI A SEGUITO DI UN SOGGIORNO.
Successivamente all'acquisto di un servizio, il titolare potrà inoltrare all'utente ulteriori comunicazioni anche di carattere commerciale inerenti i propri servizi. La base giuridica del trattamento sopra esposto è il legittimo interesse del titolare del trattamento (cons. 47 GDPR).

c. ADEMPIMENTO DI OBBLIGHI DI LEGGE
quali ad esempio quelli di natura contabile, fiscale, o per dar corso a richieste dell’autorità giudiziaria.
La base giuridica del trattamento è legata alla necessità adempiere un obbligo legale al quale è soggetto il titolare del trattamento.

3. PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI
Il periodo di conservazione dei dati al punto a. b. è quello necessario per le finalità derivanti dai servizi richiesti. I dati acquisiti per le finalità al punto c. vengono da noi conservati per il tempo previsto dalle rispettive normative (10 anni, e anche oltre in caso di accertamenti fiscali);
4. MODALITÀ DI TRATTAMENTO
Il trattamento dei dati personali viene effettuato prevalentemente utilizzando procedure e supporti elettronici (DB, piattaforme di CRM, ecc.) per il tempo strettamente necessario a conseguire gli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti e, comunque, in conformità ai principi di liceità, correttezza, non eccedenza e pertinenza previsti dalla vigente normativa privacy. Il trattamento dei dati raccolti è effettuato da personale interno a tal fine individuato e autorizzato del trattamento secondo specifiche istruzioni impartite nel rispetto della normativa vigente.

5. SOGGETTI AUTORIZZATI AL TRATTAMENTO, RESPONSABILI E COMUNICAZIONE DEI DATI
Il trattamento dei dati raccolti è effettuato da personale interno di Hotel Fortuna a tal fine individuato e autorizzato del trattamento secondo specifiche istruzioni impartite nel rispetto della normativa vigente.
I Suoi dati personali potranno essere comunicati, nei limiti strettamente pertinenti agli obblighi, ai compiti ed alle finalità di cui sopra e nel rispetto della normativa vigente in materia, alle seguenti categorie di soggetti:
• soggetti a cui tale comunicazione deve essere effettuata al fine di adempiere o per esigere l’adempimento di specifici obblighi previsti da leggi, da regolamenti e/o dalla normativa comunitaria;
• persone fisiche e/o giuridiche esterne che forniscono servizi strumentali alle attività del Titolare (soci società che forniscono servizi per la gestione del sistema informativo, fornitori, consulenti, società, enti, studi professionali). Tali soggetti opereranno in qualità di responsabili del trattamento.
I dati personali non saranno in alcun modo oggetto di diffusione.
6. Diritti dell’interessato
L' interessato ha il diritto di chiedere al Titolare l'accesso ai dati personali che lo riguardano (Art. 15), nonché la rettifica (Art.16), la cancellazione (Art.17), la limitazione (Art.18), la portabilità dei dati (Art.20), l'opposizione al loro trattamento (Art.21).

L'interessato ha il diritto di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prestato prima della revoca.

L'interessato ha il diritto di proporre reclamo all'Autorità Garante per il trattamento dei dati personali, ai sensi dell'art. 77 del Regolamento UE 679/2016.

The processing of the data collected is carried out by internal personnel identified for this purpose and authorized for processing in accordance with specific instructions issued in compliance with current legislation.

5. SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS, RESPONSIBLE FOR AND COMMUNICATE THE DATA.
The processing of the data collected is carried out by internal personnel of Hotel Fortuna for the purpose identified and authorized by the treatment according to specific instructions given in compliance with current legislation. Your personal data may be communicated, within the limits strictly relevant to the obligations, the tasks and the purposes set out above and in compliance with current legislation on the subject, to the following categories of subjects:
1. subjects to whom such communication must be carried out in order to fulfill or to demand the fulfillment of specific obligations provided for by laws, regulations and/or Community legislation;
2. external natural and/or juridical persons who provide services that are instrumental to the activities of the Data Controller for the purposes abovementioned (societies providing services for the management of the information system, suppliers, consultants, companies, bodies, professional offices). These subjects will operate as data controllers.
Personal data will not be in any way the subject of dissemination.

6. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
The person concerned has the right to ask the data controller for access to the personal data concerning him (Art.15), as well as the rectification (Art.16), cancellation (Art.17), limitation (Art.18), data portability (Art.20), opposition to their treatment (Art.21).

The person concerned has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent prior to revocation.

The person concerned has the right to submit a complaint to the authority responsible for the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 77 of the EU regulation 679/2016.
